Nature of the service
Elvia Castañeda offers life coaching, workshops, courses, and wellness consulting. These services are not a substitute for the advice, diagnosis, or treatment of a licensed mental health professional. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or emergency, please contact 911 immediately or 988 (the U.S. Suicide & Crisis Lifeline).
Intellectual property
All content on this site (texts, images, downloadable materials, recordings, logos, and trademarks) is owned by Elvia Castañeda or used with proper authorization. It is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content without prior written consent.
Bookings and payments
- Coaching sessions and workshops are booked through the contact form or other agreed channels.
- Payments are due in advance unless otherwise agreed.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may not be refundable.
- Specifics of each program are agreed in writing before it begins.
Confidentiality
Information shared during coaching sessions is confidential. The only exceptions are those required by law (imminent risk of harm to self or others, child abuse, court order).
Limitation of liability
Coaching services are a support tool. Results vary based on each person's commitment and circumstances. Elvia Castañeda does not guarantee specific results. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made by the participant after sessions.

Governing law
